Here's my point of view
A delightful stay in a spacious room decorated with charming themes. The fantastic host ensured a warm welcome and provided a lift to the races despite the rainy weather. Enjoy the serene ambiance while still being a short walk from the town center. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Clean room with a good shower and self-catering facilities. The bed, however, sagged too much for comfort.

Sleepneat Bed & Breakfast is a charming escape, located in a serene residential area just over a mile from Ascot racecourse. The spacious room featured tasteful decor and a large screen TV with Sky, along with a handy fridge and microwave. The en-suite bathroom was well-equipped, showcasing a powerful shower. The host was courteous and accommodating, contributing to a pleasant stay.
The room showed minor signs of wear.

The deluxe king room was spacious and provided access to Sky films, which was great for keeping the little one entertained. The location is ideal, just a three-minute walk from some local takeaways and a mini mart, making late-night snacks easy to grab.
The bed in the budget double room is wedged against the wall, making it a hassle to get out without waking the other person. Cleaning left much to be desired. while the surfaces were clean, neglected areas like skirting boards and radiators suggested a lack of thoroughness. the room showed signs of wear, and there was only one small frying pan available when trying to cook breakfast for a family of five. WiFi connectivity was an issue initially, which my daughter managed to fix, but the overall service was not on par with what you'd expect for a family stay. The late check-in time of 4 PM, combined with extra costs for early check-in, wasn't clearly communicated, adding unexpected charges.

The deluxe king room offered a spacious environment and all the essentials for a family stay. The host's communication was helpful and proactive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our two nights. A highlight was the nearby food options, perfect for a late dinner after a long day. the parking situation could benefit from clearer guidance. opting for street parking would have been more convenient than the paid option on the driveway. the room showed signs of wear, needing some updates.
